01

Instructions and logistics

  • Re-read the current notice: date, reporting time, address, parking, check-in, identification, allowed materials, required documents, clothing, equipment, and contact for delays.
  • Plan the route and a realistic buffer. Set a primary and backup alarm.
  • Charge permitted devices and silence or store them as instructed.
  • Tell the people who need to know when you are unavailable.
02

Body and routine

  • Use a familiar meal plan, normal hydration, and your usual caffeine pattern.
  • Protect the sleep opportunity you planned; do not trade most of it for one more study session.
  • Pack familiar food, water, medication, corrective lenses, and weather items if permitted and needed.
  • Do not introduce a supplement, energy product, fasting plan, hard workout, or equipment change.
03

Performance reset

  • Review one page: process map, answer structure, recurring coaching goal, and core role priorities.
  • Before each exercise, identify the requested product and all parts of the prompt.
  • If repetition is allowed, ask for it when needed. There is no credit for silently answering a question you only partly heard.
  • If one exercise goes poorly, close it. The next exercise still deserves a full performance.
  • Afterward, capture what you remember only if the process rules allow it; never solicit, keep, or distribute protected material.
