Enter Prepared provides experimental educational coaching. Feedback may be incomplete or wrong and is not an official score, employment advice, legal advice, medical advice, or a guarantee of selection.
Packages and payment
Monthly Sprint costs $49 in USD and automatically renews every month until canceled. Each successful payment provides 60 scored questions and 120 coaching minutes for that billing period. Unused allowances expire at the end of the period and do not roll over. The 90-Day Preparation package costs $119 once in USD, includes 150 scored questions and 240 coaching minutes total, and expires 90 days after purchase. It does not renew. Firefighter purchases are not activated yet. The firefighter pricing preview describes the planned offering; existing authorized access remains available. Document assistance and PT coaching use the separate AI preparation allowance described below.
Prices exclude applicable sales tax. Tax is calculated at checkout and on renewals based on your billing address.
Optional prepaid top-ups
Customers with an active paid Monthly Sprint or 90-Day Preparation plan may buy 25 additional scored questions for $12 or 60 additional coaching minutes for $19, in USD plus applicable tax. An exhausted allowance does not end eligibility while the paid period remains active. Invited trials and top-ups alone do not qualify for purchasing another top-up.
Each top-up is a separate one-time purchase, expires 90 days after successful payment, and remains usable if the original plan expires or its renewal is canceled. It does not renew or change the plan billing date. You choose every purchase; there are no automatic overage charges. We use allowances with the earliest expiration first. Top-ups are subsequent purchases and do not restart the first-purchase satisfaction guarantee. Refunding a top-up revokes only its remaining allowance; billing errors and technical problems remain covered by the support policy below.
Refer a friend
Customers who have purchased a monthly or 90-day package that has not been fully refunded may share their personal referral link or code, including after that package expires. A new customer must apply the code before opening checkout for their first package. The first valid code attached to checkout is retained. The referred customer pays the regular package price.
After the first qualifying package payment is confirmed, the referrer receives six scored questions and 30 coaching minutes. These can be used together or across sessions and expire 90 days after they are credited, even if the original plan has ended. One reward per referred customer; no rewards for renewals, repeat purchases, top-ups, invited trials, self-referrals or duplicate accounts created to earn rewards. Rewards have no cash value, add no AI preparation allowance and do not make a customer eligible to buy top-ups.
A full refund of the qualifying purchase removes the unused reward. Usage already consumed will not create a charge or negative balance for the referrer. Partial refunds do not remove the reward. We may withhold or remove rewards for clear abuse. Your friend’s name, email and purchase details are not shown in your reward history. Please tell friends you receive free practice if they purchase through your link; use personal sharing, not unsolicited bulk messages.
Renewal and cancellation
By choosing Monthly Sprint and completing checkout, you authorize the recurring $49 charge plus applicable tax. Cancel future renewals with Cancel monthly renewal in your account before the next billing date. Cancellation preserves unused allowance through the paid period and does not automatically refund that period. Failed payments do not create new allowances. Update your payment method from your account. For billing errors, service problems, or a refund request, contact us. Nothing here limits rights that apply under law.
Refunds and satisfaction guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with your first purchase, email support@enterprepared.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, even if you have used questions or coaching. Available once per person on either package. Renewals and subsequent purchases do not restart the guarantee. No explanation or feedback survey is required.
For a monthly renewal, request a full courtesy refund within seven days of the charge if you have not used any of the new billing period's allowance.
Refunding a package ends the access provided by that payment and cancels its associated automatic renewal. Canceling renewal without a refund preserves access through the paid period. Billing mistakes and technical failures are handled separately, including outside these windows; the one-time satisfaction guarantee does not limit corrections for our errors or your rights under applicable law.
How allowance is counted
Each scored answer uses one question; a six-question interview uses six. A newly scored repeat uses questions again. A failed report request restores its reserved question allowance. Voice coaching, live assessment role-plays and briefing capture count connected elapsed time, including pauses, rounded up to whole seconds. Connection setup, written-report processing, and formal interview time do not use coaching minutes. End the coaching connection when finished. No automatic overage charges apply. Unused reserved time is released when a session ends or its connection expires.
Coaching conversations last up to 60 minutes or the remaining allowance. Technical limits can end a connection earlier, saving unused time. Interview starts are limited to ten per hour, with twelve extra starts beyond the package question count to allow for restarts. These controls help contain repeated abandoned connections. Contact us if a technical problem prevents legitimate use. Saved written reports remain accessible after the practice package expires, subject to account deletion and service availability.
Included AI preparation
Monthly Sprint includes 50 AI preparation requests per paid billing period. The 90-Day Preparation package includes 150 for the entire 90 days. These requests are shared across résumé and letter drafting, review, revision, text-based PT coaching, physical-test document extraction. Each successful response uses one request. Technical failures restore the reservation. Requests expire with the paid period and do not roll over; question and coaching top-ups do not extend or add AI preparation requests. Up to 20 requests per hour and source/output size limits apply. Manual editing, viewing and downloading saved work use no AI requests. Spoken interview coaching continues to use the separate voice allowance.
AI drafts may contain mistakes or placeholders. Verify your facts and agency requirements before submitting anything. PT assistance explains your conservative program and supports planning; it is general fitness education, not medical care, exercise clearance or a professionally validated test-specific prescription. It does not override safety restrictions or guarantee passing.
Your responsibility
Follow current agency instructions, law, policy, labor agreements, safety rules, and qualified professional guidance. Verify important claims before relying on them. Stop any physical activity that is unsafe or outside your training.
Protected beta access
Private testers must also accept the Beta Tester Agreement and Confidentiality Terms, the Privacy and Recording Consent, and the Tester Participation Instructions. Those documents control private-beta access where they are more specific.
Progress tracking
The candidate dashboard displays experimental performance summaries associated with the assigned participant ID. Scores are practice indicators and may change as the product evolves. They are not official results, rankings, or predictions of selection.
Storage and availability
Completed oral-board progress summaries and reduced written coaching reports are saved to the private candidate account so they can be viewed on another device after sign-in. Account copies do not include answer audio or full transcripts. This browser may also store fuller oral-board reports containing transcripts, assessment-center drafts and reports, interview history and rotation progress, preparation plans, feedback backups, and your participant ID. Those browser-local copies do not automatically follow you to another device. The private beta may change, fail, or become unavailable. Keep any important practice notes elsewhere.
Permitted content
Use only material you are allowed to share. Do not submit protected process questions, confidential information, active case details, personal identifiers, or nonpublic tactics. Do not use the service to evaluate real people or make employment decisions.

The service is not affiliated with or endorsed by any public-safety agency, civil-service body, union, or professional association.
